Product description:

HEBAU Retarder Papers are a user-friendly, consistent system for the production of exposed aggregate surfaces on horizontal applications in face down precast concrete production. Controlled depth is achievable from very fine exposure (RSE Paper 01 and SE Paper) to more pronounced exposure (HEBAU WB-Paper) inbetween exposure/texturedepths of approx. 0,5 mm to 8 mm. – See table below. The backing of the papers is colour-coded for easy identification of the specific grades.
Fields of Application:
HEBAU retarder papers are particularly suitable for the production of precast paving, artificial stone and other decorative concrete elements. Suitable for use with dry, semi-dry, wetcast or self compacting mixes.
Advantages:
Very simple and reliable application, even available in micro-exposure version, very flexible exposure types and sizes available.
Available types and sizes:
Standard pre-cut sizes (in cm) are: 40 x 20, 40 x 40, 40 x 60, 40 x 80, 50 x 25, 50 x 50, 50 x 75, 100 x 100 (boxes of 250 sq. metres per box)
Also produced in standard rolls in widths of (cm): 100, 120, 150, 160 (minimum length 100 metres per roll)

ARCON Fluid: for improved workability, control of aggregate distribution, enhanced compaction
+ HEBAU Retarder Paper: for consistent, controlled depth reveal of aggregate.
+ COLORFRESH intensiv or COLORTEC Max: for penetrating dirt and stain protection.
Dry and Semi-Dry Mixes:
HYDROMIX Fluid 50: to inhibit efflorescence, add water-repellence and aid colour dispersal
+ HEBAU Retarder Paper.
