Product description:
TECHNOFIBER-Fibres are alkali-resistant fibre combinations for the prevention of plastic shrinkage cracks (confirmed by several independent test institutes). Due to the innovative combination of different tried and tested fibre types, a very effective dosage of only 0.75 kg per m3 can be achieved. The use of TECHNOFIBER results in numerous options to increase the quality of the end-product, as well as potential savings in production and processing.
Fields of application:
The recommended field of application includes all cementitious building materials where shrinkage cracks are a quality concern, especially plaster, mortar, cement screed, industrial flooring, decorative concrete paving...
Advantages:
Shrinkage cracks are avoided resp. reduced decisively. Further advantages are increases in the green stability, impact resistance, strength, heat resistance and the effect as transport reinforcement. The fibres are easy to dose in mixers, batching plants and ready mix trucks and are compatible with admixtures. 

TECHNOFIBER is a new fibre to control plastic shrinkage cracks in cementitious materials, such as concrete, cemetitious screed, industrial floors, mortar, etc. TECHNOFIBER does not corrode and has a high alkali-resistance. Test certificates are available on request.
