Acid gel for acid-washed concrete surfaces

Product Description:
MICROGEL® contains active and acid ingredients designed to obtain micro-exposure on already hardened concrete surfaces. The material is encapsulated in a gel consistency for controlled application and safe handling.
Fields of application:
In precast manufacture: for micro-etched and lightly sanded decorative effects. For on-site construction: as preparation for microtop surfaces and as an attractive finish to coloured and decorative concrete.

Advantages:
MICROGEL® has a gel-like viscosity and is therefore very controllable, even on vertical surfaces. This control minimizes risk of unsightly appearance caused by run-off prevalent with traditional acid-washing processes. The product is almost odourless, user-friendly and performs consistently.
Available types:
Different types of MICROGEL® are available, depending on the required characteristics:
MICROGEL® spezial - very low odour
MICROGEL® forte – for optimum etching performance
MICROGEL® V01 – specially developed for vertical spray application

Accessories:
Specially adapted sprayer for use with MICROGEL® formulations. ColorFIX NSL: mixed with MICROGEL® to give natural concrete stain effects.
